The fastest way to know if something works is to test it carefully, not debate it endlessly. Build a small, safe experiment. Read the result. Adjust.

AI is a force multiplier for people who already think clearly. For everyone else, it's just faster noise. I use it to amplify signal, not produce more output.

Before strategy. Before solutions. Before any advice. I watch. I listen. I try to see what's actually happening — not what I expect to see.
